The Beaufort was established in Carlton, Melbourne in 2012 originally the dream of owner Dave Kerr. It has since blossomed into a multi-faceted business with Ike’s Rack Shack, serving up cocktails, $6 tinnies and Australian smoked BBQ to more than 1,000 customers per week.
The Beaufort prides itself on delivering an authentic “nautical dive bar” experience for guests, quality cocktails, optimum customer service and a team of knowledgeable employees.
