Annata Restaurant and Bar opened in Crows Nest, Sydney, at the end of 2015 and specialises in modern Australian cuisine. Owner Christian Blair is a former Eau De Vie and Rockpool Bar & Grill bartender, hence the lengthy drinks list at his new venue, Annata.
Annata was intended to be a bar but was made into a restaurant because of an existing licence. The seasonal cocktail list definitely draws on Blair’s experience behind the bar and perfectly matches the menu that was designed for sharing.
