Currently on the menu, Head Chef and Co-owner Dino Mohsin is serving sensational Italian classics like braised duck and porcini mushroom gnocchi, and pork belly with pear puree and roasted witlof.
There’s also the option of share plates of baked Hervey Bay scallops or the chance to dip some fat polenta chips into a black garlic aioli. If you’re more of a seafood fan, then there’s plenty to choose from across the variety of specials, including whole fish from the wood-fired oven.
