Jonas Software acquires Impos

Jonas Software (“Jonas”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Impos Solutions International Pty Ltd. Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, Impos is best known for being a leading provider of integrated POS Solutions to the Australian Hospitality industry. The past few years has seen substantial growth with the extension to schools, corporate enterprises and government bodies, providing customised solutions and becoming a market leader in providing consultative services to a broader range of clients.

This year has seen exciting growth including the coveted appointment of Impos CEO, Andrew Paynter working out of the Impos HQ building in St Kilda Road, Melbourne. The leadership team will remain unchanged with Andrew bringing over twenty years industry experience in high performance business operations, sales leadership, information technology, management consulting, and software development.
Mr. O’Meara founded the company in 2005, after recognizing a need for a fast, robust and powerful POS in the Australian Hospitality sector; particularly the night club scene. The client base grew quickly, and now covers Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
